Problems with wegoshop.com?

We used GardenGrocer last trip and it went very smoothly, no issues of any kind. This trip, I thought I'd try wegoshop.com because I'd heard that they were a bit less expensive.

I submitted my order to Marge at wegoshop.com on July 16th. Prior to that, I'd had some email correspondence with her and a very nice phone call regarding what the ordering procedure is and what items she thought would be difficult to find.

So, I submitted our order on July 16th. I heard nothing back from her, so I sent her an email on July 20th, just asking if she received the order. She replied on July 21st saying that she did receive the order and would be getting a confirmation to me in the next few days.

Well, so, here it is, July 30th and I have received nothing - no confirmation email, no verification email, nothing.

Is this normal for wegoshop? Frankly, I'm a little worried about ordering from them now and am thinking about cancelling our order and going through GardenGrocer again.

Your thoughts please?
 
We have used wegoshop various times and have never had a problem. I cant understand that she hasnt confirmed.......generally it is just a email letting us know she got the order and to call her when we checked into our room.

Maybe pop her an email
