Problems with the app on phone

When I click on show plans it tells me I don't have any plans made. When I go to the website online not through the app all my tickets and reservations show up. Is anyone else having problems with the app? I tried logging out and logging back in. My boyfriend is able to see all our plans on his account. Should I contact Disney?
 
It's so weird it wouldn't load anything even when I logged out. So I deleted the app and reinstalled it and everything is back now
 

First thing to do is to restart your phone. This often clears out bad data and the app will work correctly. If that doesn't work then uninstall and reinstall the app. Everything is on Disney servers so you won't lose anything.
 
I'm having problems too. I recently booked a trip (room + tickets) for 2018, so no dining or FP+ yet. I can see my reservation on my laptop, but nothing on the iPad or iPhone apps. I've tried restarting both devices. I'll have to try uninstalling and reinstalling the apps as advised above and see if that helps.
 
I haven't been able to book dining reservations using the app since the last update. whenever I click on the reservation but the app closes. I've already reinstalled the app, force re-started my phone and nothing works. For the record I have an iPhone 6S Plus 128GB with the latest iOS.
