Problems with reservation line?

I am trying to find out when Disney will refund my room deposit for a room cancelled on 12/15. When I call 407-WDISNEY, I go through a long menu where I enter my phone number and other info. As soon as I press a button indicating that I have traveled to Disney more than 4 times in recent years, the line goes completely silent and nothing happens. How do I get through to a human???

Try calling the next day during regular business hours. Or try entering a different number of visits to Disney. If you paid with a credit card it may not show up until next month's statement depending on when the refund was posted to your account.
