Problems with MDE App?

I just updated the MDE app on my phone this morning, and now when I try to log in it tells me that the email & password don't match. I KNOW I'm using the correct pw, and it works to log me in on the Disney site. Anyone else experience this issue?

One standard procedure would be a to fully reinstall the app.

(In some systems that would require an "uninstall" as the first step.)
 
Had same problem and wound up having to call Disney support (which was surprisingly good). The problem seems to be that they are trying to consolidate all usernames, emails and passwords people use across all their sites including ESPN. So if you have one password at one site and a different one elsewhere it will be confused :confused3 The support person was able to quickly fix me up though.

Thanks - uninstalling & reinstalling the app seems to have resolved the problem.
