Problems with dvcmember online check-in?

For some reason I can not enter any requests when I try to check in online through my dvcmember.com. Is it just me or have other encountered this? We are staying at Kidani next week and my brother is in an wheelchair, we have an ADA room, but would be best if our 2 studios were close together in case my mom needs any help (and closer to the lobby).

I can not even enter anything into the request area. Should I just go through the process and then call or should I hold off altogether and just wait to checkin? Thank s for any advice you can offer.

Requests should be made through Member Services. The request area is not functional for DVC online check-in.

Oh I didn't realize that,I have used the online check in but never made a request. Thank you!
