Anyone have any suggestions about who to call regarding a complete screw-up of my Developer Points ressies for July,'09? I have attempted to fix the problem twice and each time it gets more messed up. In my mind it's quite simple :3dglasses I have 169 remaining Developer Points to be used at SSR by 8/21/09, I want a 1 BR for 7/12(check-out 7/13) and a 2 br 7/13-7/17. If my math is correct that should equal 171 points. I'll borrow 2 points from my own bank and that will cover it.Simple right? NOT! The latest email confirmation has me in a 1 BR 7/12 (check-out 7/13) and a 1 BR 7/13-7/17! :scared1:They can't seem to get it right.:headache: Then to make matters worse,we want to stay on through 7/19. Hubby wants to use our own points at AKL,but I hesitate to even try to add that to the mix right now. Imagine the confusion.:scared:
Please advise!

Call and talk directly with a supervisor (do not let the CM “consult with a supervisor” and fix if themselves).

I have 2 tries to fix it rule an then it is supervisor only material

I think that's a wise rule. The CM's I've worked with are nice enough, but they really don't listen to what's being asked of them. They seem to want to stop you, tell you to please wait on hold while "they consult with a supervisor".Then I proceed to wait 20-30 min on hold ,only to have them tell me they have fixed the problem. They repeat the request correctly, but when get the actual confirmation..It's WRONG! UGH..
I even thought about calling my DVC guide Kevin to see if he can help fix the mess.

I don't think calling your salesman is the answer unless you plan on doing a add-on at the same time. :thumbsup2
