I have been trying for two weeks now to create our Disney Honeymoon Registry and everytime i go to the page it gives me an error. Any ideas on what could be going on???? Should i just call and set one up and then i would be able to manage it online??? Any advice helps! :goodvibes

Stuff like this gets posted regularlyeven though DFTW also regularly says IRS something temporary or whatnot. Frustrating!! We weren't able to really use ours because even once it's up, it's still very very buggy. I suggest using it, complaining regularly to your planner/assistant AND setting up a different registry to give to your guests. And when I say complain I just mean to let them know evwrytime there is a problem. All of Disneys websites are so lame that way!!

HTH :thumbsup2

They are re-doing the website and the way it works. I was signed up and have to re-register for it. They sent an email and said that some time in October the new site would be up. You could either use a different honeymoon website, or just keep checking back until the new one is finished.

I'm in the same boat! We need to send out our invites 11/1/11. I called the Honeymoon Registry people and they don't have a date in mind. She told me "mid October to last October." Then told me to try calling back next week to see if there was a date. So fingers crossed that they new site is up and running next week so I can set up my registry!

Hi all I was in the same boat and I agree Disney really needs to hire some IT workers to get it straightened out!

With that said I used Travelersjoy.com, It worked great!

remember you are this frustrated, do you want your guests to be when they try to provide a gift for you? Food for thought :lovestruc
