So...this is more of a rant than a request for technical support from the Fastpass Plus experts
I have 14 days booked at All Star Music September 17 thru Oct 1. And a separate evening booked for Oct 2nd, also at All Star Music (due to package restrictions limiting us to 14 nights). When my Fastpass Plus window opened last night I went to the date Sept 29th and tried to book Fastpasses and it said there are no Fastpass selections available for that date. This repeated itself for Sept 30th and October 1st. So, I went and started trying to book from the 19th (which is our first day in the parks) and was able. I should clarify here that I have 10 day park hoppers which are linked in the system, and I was only able to book Fastpass Plus for 7 days. I went back to Sept 29-Oct 1st and still nothing so I called support at 7 am. There was not a long wait on the phone thankfully. Anyway, end result is that I was passed to a few people and they also have no idea why I cannot book and they are also unable to access Fastpass for me for those dates. At any rate, I was told they would contact me when they have the problem fixed, so...I am unable to book for several of my Magic Kingdom dates (one of which my DH and I themed as a princess day and planned on meeting Anna and Elsa). I was smart enough to snag a Fastpass for them for an earlier date though, so I guess it is not all terrible with people not even being able to get Fastpasses for Anna and Elsa at all, but I am still not thrilled that I cannot book all my Fastpasses. I will keep people posted as this problem (and hopefully its solutions) unfold so others who may experience this issue can benefit from this situation.
