problems registering w/new site

I am filling out all the required information and hitting the submit registration button, but it does not take me anywhere, jsut back to the page I just filled out. It seems I should be taken to the "member's only" page. Please help!

Look for some red printing above one of the fields you filled out. If you entered something it doesn't like, it kicks you back to re-enter.
