Problems pulling up reservations

Is anyone having problems accessing existing reservations. We are getting a message that states not linked to Disney acct ( or words to that effect). We just did a sailing on the Fantasy and are booked for the Wish and Fantasy it was working the last time we accessed it .

I had that problem and tried to do the linking and it got my son linked to me and now his bookings aren’t showing. I called DCL web resolution team and they said it is a known issue. They assured me all his bookings still exist, but I still worry since neither the app nor the website are displaying them correctly.

I had this issue to earlier in the week, I called them and they fixed it because it had something to do with my name and my passport and adding a space in it. Which I think was a conversation a few weeks ago… but it’s McX and they made it Mc space X and it caused all of my stuff to get screwed up. And as long as my passport is weird, he said there’s no point in trying to keep fixing it because every time it sees my passport it will just put the space back in.

But he also said there was a big upgrade this week that is trying to better streamline different Disney accounts and that could be also causing errors but should be fixed soon.

My issue was linking accounts to a friends and family profiles, similar to what we do in My Disney Experience. I was under my account, but my sons reservation, and it linked him to my profile.

I just tried again and it worked, so hopefully its fixed. I was panicking as our online check in comes up this weekend.
