Just logged in to dvcmember.com and everything was A-ok. Have you upgraded anything on your computer lately? Try a system reboot, clearing out your browser history and deleting your cookies.
I had a lot of problems logging in last week. They finally just had to give me a new user name -- not the one that I use for the other websites like I have for the past five years -- and it worked fine. MS acted like I always had to have a totally separate login but I knew that was not the case. I needed to see my reservation for this week so I didn't care -- just one more thing to remember!
Maybe try logging in with Mozilla first and then give up and call tech support.
I think I see this question posted on the boards somewhere at least once a week! When I have problems logging in using IE, I make sure I am logged out of any other sites in the same family as Disney (i.e ESPN, family.com, ABC.com...). If you use the same email address on all of these sites all of the user names on these sites can get linked together under your email address. If you're logged out of other sites already or not sure where you're logged in, clear your browsing history. If that doesn't work, I use Firefox, but I think the reason Firefox usually works for me is because I don't use it as often so my info isn't logged onto another site or saved in my browsing history.

I was having the same problem so I asked DVC what to do and they told me that if I'm using IE that sometimes it just doesn't work so to use Firefox instead which I installed and only use that for DVC and have had no problems with it at all. When I was on IE it wasn't always recognizing my login so that's why they said to switch over to Firefox and they changed my login.
I just had this same problem the username and password that I have used for years on all the Disney sites including DVC stopped working. I finally had to call DVC and had them reset my account. After 4 phone calls and several resets it finally worked. I had to have completely new username and password.
I usually find clearing my cookies and cache and rebooting will clear things up and let me log on. Also if I have logged onto another Disney site (besides the MS website) and I forget to logout, then I have trouble with the MS website. If I go back to that other Disney website and logoff, my problem with MS clears up.

This happened to me as well - I had to call MS tech support on the phone to get it fixed. It has something to do with the interplay between all the different Disney sites. They even asked me on the phone if I had entered any Disney contests on line recently thinking that might have had something to do with it.
