Problems downloading 2014 Cruise Photos for Official DCL cd

OK, so don't judge, but I have a cd of DCL cruise photos from 2014 that I never downloaded.

On the CD is a folder labeled "Mac" with a file called GetThePicture.dmg in it. When I try and install the *.dmg file I get a message, "The developer of this app needs to update it to work with this version of macOS. Contact the developer for more information." I contacted Disney and they said "Prior to 2021, photos purchased onboard Disney Cruise Line ships were handled through a company called The Image Group. As of 2021, we no longer partner with this company...sorry we cannot help you." I do see a company called The Image Group online, but it doesn't seem like the right one so I thought I would see if anyone on this Board has dealt with this issue and has any suggestions for me. Maybe it will work on a Mac with an older OS? I have a couple old Macs . .

My guess is it needs software that doesn’t exist anymore to work-

it has nothing to do with Disney- you need to research that program and figure out how to download a copy of it that disc recognizes- you’d be better off posting in a software forum with geeks who recognize it

There are lots of people who save old versions of software. Maybe a search on reddit or some other forum that has a lot of people interested in that type of stuff

You will need a program that likely doesn't exist anymore. But often photo companies can still get them off the CDs.
