Problems booking online...

Looks like they changed the website, so its not asking you to retrieve your reservation. I booked Garden Grill, and it does not have any info that I have dining plan. I called and she said it should ask me to retrieve my reservation and its not! The only one I found it is working properly for is Cinderella's Royal Table. It says Beta under the dining reservation, what the heck are they doing? Is anyone else having trouble? Its also not allowing you to search for your whole trip, but by the day only.
 
I'm having issues right now too but it was working earlier for everything but le cellier dinners in March (?) Maybe its maintenance or something?:confused3

For CRT and the Dinner Shows, they are still on the old V1 system. This is why you see it the same as it was before. For the rest of the bunch, they have moved to the V2 system (which is technically in Beta right now, but it's been running since May). The new system does not pick up dining plans yet (which is why the pre-paid locations are not on it, amongst other things), but that doesn't matter. The Dining Plan association is only needed for said pre-paid locations to determine if you are to pay now or have a CC hold applied.

When you select a day more than 180 days from today on the new system, you will then be prompted to confirm your reservation. This will open up the 180+10 for on-site guests. They have also removed the date range option (at least for now), which is kind of a bummer, but there would simply be too many possible results in some of the bigger searches (try picking a day, searching for "Dinner", and then seeing what pops up, now imagine that over 5 days...)

The CM was misinformed about the new system (and I'm not surprised...)
 
I was on this morning at 5:00 AM my time which was my 180 day window..I had no problems getting all my ADR'S and I think it "knew" I was on the DP because at the bottom of each one it showed how many TS credits were needed.
I did have to enter my CC info for California Grill (I didn't know you had to do that, I was surprised)..and I had to call for the Fantasmic Package.

I checked my bank online and there are two $1.00 pending charges from them..I'm guessing a "hold" for the CGrill and Fan. Package..I don't know if I'll be charged or what but I'm on the dining plan.

Pretty sure it's a standard message about the # of credits. I could be wrong though since I don't have a room-only reservation at greater than 180 days out to test it with (hmm, maybe time to book my spring trip eh? hehe)

As far as CG, they starting using a CC hold sometime last year (I believe). More than likely due to the popularity of the fireworks viewing. F! package is also only a CC hold (which are both the $1 charges that should disappear, they do that to insure that the CC is valid). Neither of these should turn into actual charges, unless you don't show up of course.
 
Thanks! I thought I was doing something wrong. We got all our ADRs booked, and will be checking whats available just in case something else opens up. Dec is really booked up already.
 
I can see all but two of my ADR's, and those two were made yesterday, interesting don't you think?

I can find them by searching by the reservation number, so I know they are there, just not with all of my others.

I can't add celebrations the two I can't see, and the ones I can they had March twice for the date and no February.

Changes are definately happening.
