Hello,
I seem to have an issue that Disney is having trouble fixing. I have called multiple times over the last month and am still waiting on a resolution, so I thought I would try asking you smart, friendly people here if you knew of anything I can do to fix this issue.
I cannot access my reservation booked thru Costco/Disneyland Travel. We are staying on property and have park hopper tickets. Every time I try to access the hotel/package reservation I get the error message" We apologize for the temporary inconvenience, but disneyland.com is not currently available. Please check back in a few minutes." I cant link my tickets and a CM had to make a reservations for me for the days I wanted. I cant make a payment on the vacation package either.
I have cleared cookies, changed browsers, tried to get it to work from a different computer, etc.
A CM is supposed to call me back later in the week, but they didn't sound like they were too hopeful that the tech people could resolve my issue.
Any thoughts on what's going on? Has this happened to you?
