Problem with printing FP+ as proof

Paranoid with all the dreaded blue light Mickey posts, I'm printing our FP+ reservations today, but I'm having a problem on my parents' account. One is doing Space Mountain from 10-11, and the other is doing Winnie the Pooh from 10-11. But, only the Space Mountain for 1 FP+ shows on anything I pull up.

Any tips how to get FP+ to print when two people have two different selections at the same time frame?

I'm trying to do this from a laptop if that helps.
