Problem with our Kodak Easyshare digital camera

We have a Kodak Easyshare C340, have used it about 1 1/2 years, no problems. Now we're having problems with the flash. When we turn it on it just keeps flashing orange or alternates green/orange. Sometimes it will flash, most of the times not. I've played with all the flash settings, nothing helps. Anyone out there encountered this or have any advice? (And yes, we did change the batteries, lol!)

Sorry I am not familiar with that model. Try a reset, sometimed there is a reset button near where the batteries go.
