Problem with Online Booking Non-Home Resort at 7 Months

Mousefan, I am glad you were able to get your desired reservation. I was able to get mine too. I advised the CM I spoke with at MS about this issue - and also told her I'd seen here that others were having the same issue. She told me she checks the DIS regularly but doesn't post - I hope she reported it. And hello :) to that CM at MS if you're reading!

Hope this issue gets fixed ASAP!
 
I'm curious to see if this will be resolved on Wednesday, February 1st - perhaps all of September will open up?
 
They MAY be working on it this morning. The website is up, but the booking screen is NOT, at least for me. Hopefully they're working on some issues.
 
Call MS and report the problem, they will get it fixed.

You do realize "they" have to work with Disney IT don't you? Hope springs eternal that Disney IT will suddenly figure out what they are doing, but.....I am not surprised that something THIS basic to DVC reservations didn't work...

Online booking, I could see availability, select which points to use but that is as far as I could go without an error. Reported the issue to MS and tried again 2 days later and the problem was fixed. :banana:

So never say never! :thumbsup2
