Problem with New Tomorrowland Game

Okay, I wait in queue and finally reach the blue screen with "open game" or "exit back to VMK" buttons. When I click "open game" nothing happens. Has this problem happened to anyone else and, if so, how did you fix it?

I kinda have the same problem, except when I hit the open games button, I get a screen that says something like "not properly signed in" and I can't play the game.

I get the same thing, and it said if I got that message to report it to VMK. I did, but no change

Okay thanks. I reported it through the contact us. I just wondered if it was just myself that was having this problem.

I didn't have THAT problem, but while I was playing I got disconnected....4 different times I started & when I finished I got a message saying that I had to be logged in to get a code. It's soooooo annoying!

Of course VMK was so full by the last time the game was really slow which made it even harder on level 15 (with the changing arrow.) I gave up when I tried to log in yet again & was told that there were 67 people ahead of me!

The only problem I have with the new Tomorrowland game is trying to figure out its instructions. In case you haven't noticed, puzzle games that are not Tetris-like are way way beyond my already limited higher brain functions.

ok u know what?My pop-up blocker just oushed me off the screen!(not literaly)

I think it might be something to do with the popup blocker. I was playing the game lots yesterday and then allowed popups from vmk. After i had allowed the popups i kept getting the 'sorry not signed in' message.

Well I went ahead and set up Firefox to use instead of Internet Explorer. No trouble getting in the game at all. Finally got through the levels and got my diver suit. So those who are still having trouble might want to go that route.

I downloaded Firefox also and finally got in. I got the suit and my son got one also!!!

We did not have any problems yesterday but today it has been one nightmare after the other....I have cleared cookies and Temp files and history restarted my computer....did a nortons bug fix and all I get is the fully loaded game but the keys never drop so I can not go any further.

I give up!

I am having problems with the game as well. It loads up fine, but after I click to play game, I can't even place any of the arrows down on the board. It seems like the game freezes up at this point. Is it just me or does anyone else have this problem?
