Problem With New Member Website!

Just tried to register with the new member website, and it said my vacation club ID is invalid. Checked it carefully and re-entered it and the same message! Now I have to wait till 9 to call member services. What a pain!
 
The same thing just happened to me. Then it went down entirely. I guess there are still a few bugs in the system.
 
I just had the same thing happen. It let me go all through the process and then said my ID and Pin were not valid. :(
 
Same thing here... Guess that's what we get for being the "early-birds."

I have to call and make a reservation this morning, and I'm not going to be able to get thru for all the members (DISers) calling about their registration not working! :)
 
zurg called them this afternoon and was told that the website didn't official go on line until tomorrow. Maybe this is the problem.
 
SAME THING. Maybe I will try again around 10 and see what happens. Good luck to everyone trying to make reservations today!!!
 
Same problem here. The site looks great but it has a few glitches in it.
 
Same problem here. I plan on waiting a few hours and then trying again.
 
ditto it is 7:10am in NY and it is saying it is invalid :( Oh well
 
Well, at least it's not just me! ;)

We certainly are off to a flying start aren't we. :)
 
Same here... and I am not going to waste my time now calling ms. Obviously they are having problems, not just an isolated incident. Hopefully it will be up by this afternoon.
 
Gee. I was into the site early early thing morning (2am)...it was working fine.

Okay. Which one of you broke it! :rolleyes:

Yep, me too!

I knew I'd come here and the DIS'ers would have some info!

Darn, now I may not be able to check until tomorrow! :mad:
