Problem with member services website

Anyone else having problems with the DVC member website?

I've used the site quite often in the past with no problems.

Today, when I sign in... it asks if I'm a DVC member, then prompts for a membership number (which I have) and an activation code (which I don't have).

Anyone else running into this recently? I'm guessing I'll have to call in to get my activation code.

I just logged in and used the RAT with no problems. Might want to reach out to MS to see if they can help.

if you have a MDE account set up, log in there and scroll to the very bottom, in a light blue field, click on the DVC link and see if that works. Also try clearing cookies.

Now it's working again. Weird....

I had that problem last week, cleaned the cookies and cache and now it works fine..............for now
