Problem with Hotwire Savings Club

I ordered 4-day PH tickets on the 29th of December. I have not recieved them yet and my hotwire account has been cancelled! YIKES! I can not get a live person on the telephone because when I enter my member number, the voice says, "You're account has been successfully cancelled." I don't want my account to be cancelled. I wrote an email, and got a response saying they will not be able to respond for 5-7 days. I don't know what to do. Any advice? I haven't checked to see if my card has been charged yet.

See if there is a charge or authorization. I would then call hotwire again - there must be a way to hold for customer service without entering your membership number. Usually I just don't enter anything and it eventually transfers me to a live person.

I have only ordered from Connections, so I don't have personal experience with hotwire - but I have had things messed up with other companies, and followed the steps I outlined above. That should get thing going. Hopefully, you will get some responses from other hotwire members here as well.

I always hit the zero key several times when I get stuck in these automated systems. Usually, it'll immediately transfer you to a person. I was told it confuses the system so you get a real person!
