I ordered 4-day PH tickets on the 29th of December. I have not recieved them yet and my hotwire account has been cancelled! YIKES! I can not get a live person on the telephone because when I enter my member number, the voice says, "You're account has been successfully cancelled." I don't want my account to be cancelled. I wrote an email, and got a response saying they will not be able to respond for 5-7 days. I don't know what to do. Any advice? I haven't checked to see if my card has been charged yet.
