I'm not sure if this belongs here, but maybe you can help me. We took a trip to WDW in January, our first as a family and stayed a ASMo. We booked through reservations. Everytime I called for one reason or another, they have this strange email address for me, I've never heard of it.
So we are booked again for free dining, at Pop, and everytime I call they have the same strange email address. I've changed it, I kid you not, at least 5 times. What's the deal?

I just called to check again, and it was wrong. She said she changed it in my main profile, and would check my reservation later at the system was down.

Has this happened to anyone else? :confused3

Yes, this happens every time I call. They have an old email address for me that I haven't used in 6 years. When I made my reservation, I made it under my new last name and new address so I have no idea how it got there. I change it every time and it never sticks. The CM I last spoke to said they were aware of the problem and are trying to get it fixed.

I have this problem, not with my email address but with my street address. We have three reservations and they are all under my name, address, & other info. On my parents' reservation, they somehow had my old address which was an apartment. They fixed it, but the apartment number is still on there. So it has 1234 Any Street, #987. There is no such address. Thankfully my postman is smart enough to get it to me, but no matter how many times I tell WDW, they tell me it's not showing that way on their screen. Then they send another confirmation to that nonexistant address.

Also on my brother's reservation, it says Attention: Linda. My name is not Linda! In fact, the only Linda I know is someone on the DIS (and she swears she didn't do it ;)!) When I made changes this caused a huge problem, as they said only the person whose name the reservation is Attentioned to can make changes. I explained how we don't know a Linda and whoever made our original reservation must have accidentally put in the wrong name, maybe of the previous customer, but it still caused a huge holdup. Even after that, the confirmation came in the mail and guess whose name was on it? Linda!

I love WDW but they seriously need to get their act together with this stuff.
