Problem with Disney Gift Card Site

I tried purchasing an online e-voucher for a disney gift card so I have my 5% off and then was told I can transfer to a physical gift card online through the disney gift card site. When I tried to do it, I keep gettting a Oops message on the disney gift card website saying my card isn't valid.
Any thoughts?
I think their site might be having problems. I can't log in. So I reset password. Then logged out and bacck in two minutes later under password i just changed it to. Says incorrect and need to reset again. So i reset again. Over and over and over. It won't hold the password I reset it to. And I am reseting it to the same password every time.

Have you tried using a different computer?

The Disney gift card site is glitchy often. When you’re having glitches like that wait a day and try again. If you’re super worried something is wrong you can call the number on your gift card and check the balance.

FWIW I had more problems with websites today. It’s like everyone is doing maintenance or battling hacks or whatever today. I even tried to buy something from Disney Store and gave up after my 2nd method of payment got its 3rd error. I’ll try everything again on Mon.

Well it worked on a different computer. I even restarted, cleared cache and cookies. So, not sure what's up.
