Problem with DCL online?

Anyone having problems pulling up there reservation recently online at DCL? We were able to view it online (booked thru dcl) before with no problem but I tried to check it a few nites ago and recheck it every nite since and it keeps telling me I don't have acess to this reservation? Like I'm trying to pull up someelse's ressie? I think I will call tommorrow in the morning when I'm off, to make sure it's ok?

We booked online yesterday for the land & sea and we were able to view our ressie right away and again today. We did have problems with our fist ressie that we cancelled yesterday (to book online and get the $50.00 onboard credit) that we phoned in last week and were never able to view online.

I too was getting frustrated and was unable to check my reservations. I called Disney and they said you wont be able to when you book a land sea package. If I had any specific questions I would have to do it over the phone directly with DCL. Crummy system if you ask me.

FYI......also know that at about 2 weeks from your sail date, any ressies that were visable online will no longer be available to view....something to do with them going to inventory control and no longer in the website system...at least that was what I was told by DCL.

Also, if you have accessed your ressie online and then want to call DCL to discuss something with it...you must wait at least 30 minutes after you have closed down your online ressie to call DCL. They cannot access your ressie in their system if you have just viewed it online.
