Problem with BRP online reservation system

Is anyone else getting a strange error message while trying to book BRP rates online? I keep getting a message that says the system is down NOVEMBER 17 through NOVEMBER 19 for maintenance and that no room only or packages can be booked during this timeframe. Its December, not November. Has anyone encountered this problem lately? I'm concerned because I'm trying to book a hotel stay for February and I'm getting close to the 60 days.

I just tried to get the BRP and couldn't get it either. A few days ago you could call CRO (1-800-828-0228) between something like 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm and book BPR rooms through them. Some one can correct me about the times and whether you can still do this.

Thanks! Program still only goes through 4/13 arrivals. I'm trying to look for what (if anything) may be available for July bookings...
