Problem with booking online DVC resort

I am told that I can book from 12/28 through 1/4 which I attempt to do but it just keeps processing and processing and of course never books anything and doesnt give me an error or any other kind of message. Anyone having difficulty. :confused3 Thank you for any help:)
 
I know that they have been changing the hours that you can book online since they started. I think I read somewhere that it was now 24/7 but that there was also downtime due to maintenance. Maybe this was one of those downtimes. I hope you were able to make your ressie.
 
When I tried to book for the first time online, I could get to the contracts page but when I clicked continue, I would get a error page. I reported the problem to MS and a few days latter when I tried again, everything was fine.

I suggest that you give MS a call and report the problem.

When I called this morning they said there must have been a problem with the system. Booked over the phone with no problems. :cool1::
 

Sadly it working smoothly did not last. Based on Disney's record of IT, I was afraid this would happen.

I am sure it is also overloaded with more trying to use it, than it can handle.

Hopefully they will get it back to where it was opening day, but seriously I doubt it. I think it will be hit or miss.

As to the hours, they are open 24/7 except for some down time around 2am Eastern.
 
The OP posted at 1:35am, so it was probably down for maintenance.
 
Do the 11-month and 7-month windows open precisely at midnight Eastern time?
 
The site does not like you using the back button and sometimes it then looks as if you cannot log on but in actual fact your computer is remembering the page where the back button was used .
I find If I clear the history the problem is resolved.:thumbsup2:surfweb:Patrick
