Problem printing Delta passes online

I tried to print out our airline passes this morning and a message came up stating that they could not find our reservation and to go to the regular agent check in. However, our reservation comes right up on the screen. Is this because it might be a heavy flight day and its there way of having more control over the passengers?

We had this happen last October. I was able to get boarding passes from home for 2 out of 3 people in our party. Could not get a boarding pass for DH online or curbside. We brought our print out of confirmation and got a boarding pass for him at the gate. Then, when everyone was boarding DH was one of a few people that were "randomly" selected to be searched again before boarding.

Thought I would share so you could be ready in case you were "randomly" selected to be searched prior to boarding.
