Problem:Has Anyone Tried booking like into next year??

The computer keeps telling me i need to choose a day at least 3 days away and im picking March 2008 dates....does anybody know if there is a limit to how far in advance you can book...????

Disney's on-line system will not let you book into 2008. You have to call to book in next year. That's what I had to do when I booked my February 2008 trip.

WELL THAT KINDA SUCKS...I have to keep asking someone if this place is open or that place or how much for here or there.......
It seems like they would let you book it no matter when...you still have to pay...at least a deposit....

I ve already booked an spur of the moment trip for sept to take advantage of the DDP package..but I wanted to book another for March 2008 ...

We also have to wait to book our May/2008 WDW vacation. I think the prices come out in July or August and then you can book online? Just something I've read on the DIS, so I would have to confirm that myself.

My sisters and I have already booked our rooms for our May 2008 stay. They told us that we should be able to call them back in June or July and convert our rooms into a package deal so that we can add our tickets,the DDP, and the flight. Have you tried calling the Walt Disney World travel company directly to book?

All we could reserve was our room for 2008 and was told the same thing - that we can't add the tickets, ddp, etc until closer to our date - sometime around July or Aug. the CM told us.

Feb. 2008 - here we come!!!!!!!

You can't book online yet because prices and seasons have not been released. If you call to book, Disney will tell you that you will be charged a one night deposit based on 2007 regular season rates, which will then be adjusted up or down to account for the season and the 2008 rates. If they tried to do that online, it would be difficult to ensure that the guest understood that the rate online would not be the actual rate during their stay (since prices will change and you might not be going during regular season). You can still book a room-only for 2008 now, and CRO will send you an updated confirmation with any additional amount due (or credit applied to your stay).

Yup...booked our campground stay via phone and had to wait to actually do the package...just got the little map and "Welcome >>> Family" thingy though
Always a good mail day when that comes....

(Interestingly, still haven't gotten one for our August/Sept. stay...)
