Problem getting AwardMiles Credited!

Hi All,
I made a purchase from Staples.com through Milesource on 4/11/02. I have yet to receive the AwardMiles associated with this purchase. I have notified Member Services twice this week without benefit of any reply from them.
Has anyone else had this problem, and, if so, how did you resolve, or did it get resolved?

I too am having the same problem. I have made 4 purchases at Eddie Bauer's website, and did not receive my miles. It has been over 2 months for a couple of them. I have emailed Milesource twice on each one, but with no reply. I just want to get those miles so I can cashout and be done with Milesource.
