just tried to check in online for our flight tomorrow and it says "international document failed". Have spoken to Virgin and they can't see anything wrong and said to just check in at the airport

Anyone else experienced any difficulties?
So we checked in at the airport, the problem was with our booking (through Expedia) where there was some kind of duplication. Everything was fine, but took a phone call by the lady checking us in to sort out. Also, she couldn't print our boarding passes for our connecting flight, so we had to get them at Atlanta. Here now and having a great time
