Problem checking in online.

Hi all. I haven’t been able to check in online for days now. I tried using my cell phone, laptop and ipad. I deleted the app and reinstalled and updated it, and I still get an error message that says “we have not received your check in information due to a technical issue”. I called DVC and they checked with IT and got back on the line and told me there are no reports or issues with the online check in.

I tried using the app, google, safari and firefox. Anyone else having an issue?

I also had that issue. It gave me the URL, which had an extra "http" in it. Eventually, I made it work by restarting my phone to flush any cached version of the page out.

Thanks. I tried that, and on my laptop I cleared cache and restarted and used incognito webpage per tech support. They can’t figure it out so a ticket was opened with the tech support team. We will see what happens.
 
I haven’t been able to complete online check in for my last couple of trips - so 2 or 3 years. While irritating that Disney’s tech is so bad, I’m unwilling to waste my time trying to ‘make it work’. IME it’s NBD if I don’t complete online check in, I phone in my location/view requests, go to the front desk when I arrive to get my villa number, & once there everything works - MDE, charging, etc..

Thanks. IT can’t figure out whats wrong. At this point I just have to laugh! We have no problem checking in when we get there either. It was just the fact that I couldn’t do online check in for the first time since it’s inception and now it’s just crazy that their IT dept can figure it out!

I'm so glad to know that I'm not the only one! Every time I tried to checkin, I got transferred to Disney's "check availability/choose a resort" page. And when I finally got to chat with someone thru Disney's website, they just told me to do check-in when I got to the resort. So I just kept poking around, clicking buttons, and honestly I don't know how I finally got to do online checkin. But it was a struggle.
