Problem buying DVC PAPs

I bought 2 PAP at the DVC discounted rate on-line. However, I never received a confirmation Email, so I don't have any numbers for them to add to MDE. Who should I call to get these numbers? DVC Member services? Or the AP/ticketing? I just hope I'm not out of luck-that's a lot of money!

I would give Member Services a call first, but I am sure either one could help you out.

Have you checked your MDE account? When I bought a DVC Gold AP last year, I was signed in to my MDE account and it automatically added it. But we all know, with Disney IT things are always changing.

Mine were also automatically added to my account when I purchased in November, if they are not there I would try member services.

Mine were added automatically in MDE, however, they are not showing up in the accounts for shopDisney. When I tried the confirmation number it said they were already assigned to someone. Disney tech is not the best, but their people are! Give them a call. Also, I’m sure you’ve already done this, but check your spam box. Mine came in to spam with a WDW reservation title. I had to move them to my inbox.

I purchased the 7 day ticket and it only gave me two options: will call pickup or thru the mail. I picked the mail but when i looked at MDE they were loaded automatically.

If you bought them through the DVC number, call them. If you did it over the phone with the parks, call that number. One of mine did not show up and one was incorrect. I had bought them each way so I had to make a call to both but all was well in the end.

Bought mine online a few days ago. It made me choose from my drop down to assign it. I also received a barcoded email. I checked mde and it was there listed in my name with the standard 2030 expiration date. MS is closed today.

The same thing for me. I had to pick from the dropdown and got the barcoded email.
