Has anyone tried to book Wild West show tickets on the French website recently?

I've tried tonight to book tickets for 13th March, but it gives giving me an error message after the payment has been issues saying (courtesy of google translate):

Dear Customer, dear client,

I was able to book the tickets using the same website and bank card last year so I wonder whether it's just a temporary issue with the website?

Glad to know it's not just me. I just can't understand it, I booked tickets for last year this way and had no issues at all.

Will just have to keep trying, I guess! :confused3

Was it your bank Mark ? as Thorsten from Germany ordered and received his no bother a couple of weeks ago :confused3

It is strange why it does this but it often seems to happen to UK cards

The card I was going to use is with Barclays.

Might try another card tonight to see if I have more luck. Will update if I do!

I had the same problem, going to try calling the bank before I try and do it again, see if thatmakes any difference.

I really hope it works, because I don't want to pay full price!

I'm still having the same issue, tried three cards now. 2 Barclays and 1 Natwest :sad1:

I really don't think we can afford to pay full price for the show, so looks like we might have to pass on it :sad1::sad1::sad1::sad1::sad1:

You must have read my mind!

I have just signed up for FNAC, just not sure which option to check. Posting them would be preferential, but I'll be worried that they'd get lost in the post.

Have you or anyone else had any experience of picking them up at val d'europe? We would have to go on our first day in the parks and I've seen they're open until 9pm so that wouldn't be an issue.

It's very straightforward picking tickets up in store. You need to take with you the card that was used to pay the tickets and some photo id in the card holders name (this to ensure that they haven't been bought with a stolen card). You can also take along a copy of your order.

I haven't heard of anybody ordering tickets from France and them going missing, I sure it could happen but I find that the postal service much quicker and more efficient when I send something to the UK than when it's coming from the UK :lmao:

That's the floor plan of Val d'Europe. The Fnac is the last store on the right before you get to Sealife and the restaurants.

If you are coming by car you can park up near the restaurants entrances (Porte des Terrasses) or if you come on the RER you arrive right at the left and walk through the whole shopping centre to get there :)

All ordered with Delivery to the UK. Phew, panic over! Still wonder why the normal site isn't working, but at least there was an alternative!

HI please can someone explain to me how to book through the french site and if it is a lot cheaper? Thank you i was jut about to book and was quoted 3148 a few weeks ago for the 4 of us

Hi

You can either book them as above via the Fnac site - this is the latest link

http://www.fnactickets.com/place-sp...-BUFFALO-MI903.htm?noeud=1658619347742157416#

They can now be printed at home as e-tickets for an extra 50 cts per ticket

or try through the French disney site

https://www.booktickets.disneylandp...duct_id=6143&affid=SECUTIX&tduid=32454335543R

It's 39€ per ticket for the 18.30 performance and 30€ per ticket for the 21.30 show - Those prices are in 2nd cat and are good for Mon/Tues/Fri/Sun

Tickets must be booked at least 5 days before to get these prices

I received my tickets from FNAC today! So I can certainly recommend that route if the French DLP website doesn't work for you!
