Problem booking BOG fast pass

I followed the link https://beourguestlunch.disney.go.com/ to make our fast pass reservation for BOG. It asked for my log in information then our reservation # and the name on the reservation. When I entered all that information I got an error that said "guest is already registered". I can't figure out what is wrong. Could it be that I am the manager of the account but the reservation is under my husband's name? I used his name on the page that requires the reservation number.


We are going in October and would really like to book this ASAP. Your input is greatly appreciated.
