Problem booking 5 AP's inc 1 free child pass

Has anyone experienced any problems? we've tried calling several numbers today to sort passes ready for our trip on 7th March and have been told that they cannot find the offer and if it is only on the French DLRP site then it is only open to French residents.

Could I please ask how anyone who has successfully got a free child annual passport got their and if it was by telephone which number did you ring and when. Getting a little frustrated after thinking we had got our heads around AP's after lurking for a while and reading theo ther posts.

Also dh thinks he has seen an offer for 20% of when you are buying 5 AP's but I think he's seen something else - anyone have any idea.

Hi, we are a family of 5 and used the child free offer, I am not sure if you can get the tickets in advance, we purchased ours on the gate. You can get a 20% discount for a family of 5 but you won’t get the free child. My husband went in with our under 7getting her free,
then me and the 2 boys went in using 3 sponsors from this board so we got 10% discount. This was the cheapest option we could find.

We got the child under 7 free AP as well, but from the park gates

There is a 20% offer for a minimum of 5 familiy members with the same address. But it cannot be combined with the free child AP offer

Thanks both and for the welcome too. A few more questions if I may?

1) Is the free child for the Fantasy and the Dream?

2) What is the benfit of the Dream over the Fantasy in real terms - we've looked at the breakdown of the entitlements on the web page and the parking will be helpful but applies to both and the possible 30% off subject to the planets being in the correct alingment etc etc would also come in handy. The EMH is no good unless we can all get in at the same time on one or two Dream passes. (2 parents, 2 grandparents and 1 child). Sorry long way of saying which one would be best for our family!?

3) If we buy it on the Saturday can we use it Sat/Sun/Mon/Tues in a row?

4) How far in advance do we need to be organised if we are able to sort sponsorship?

Don't worry Sara tell DH to keep them coming as they more queries you have answered I'm sure the better the holiday your family will have.

1. Free child AP is only with Dream.
2. Dream allows you EMH, parking at hotel car parks, better room only discount
3. Both Dream and fantasy can be used on subsequent days on purchase.
4. Sponsoring can be done as quickly as it takes your sponsorer to post out the forms to you

Hi, We all got fantasy passes free child aswell, this was in October so don’t know if has now changed, like you we would all want EMH so one dream would not have made a difference, we didn’t plan on returning on restriction days so we thought we would save on the cost of the passes by getting the fantasy.

Of can't wait. We're staying in the Marriott and remember how great the Auchan supermarket was.

Actually I remember that it wasn't just Dream now. Just that we need a Dream for the hotel parking.
