Problem at QR - updated: site working at 10:45 a.m.

I am unable to log into the blog but was reading it. Seems people are talking about being in each other's accounts!!!

All morning my balances have been changing - ranging from 0.00 to hundreds of dollars. After reading the blog I understand why! I looked at my account information a few times and each time it lists someone else!!! Different names and mail addresses every time!! Different user names, different passwords!! The latest e-mail is RDGRANT@*****!!

Dmitry is not online yet this morning....

** Tried to edit title to "big" as I tend to get nuts!! lol It will not let me change title. I think it is a major problem though!

Edited at 9:45 - site is now down.... guess I was doing clicks for some people this morning - lol

10:45 - able to get back on the website and it is showing my account info now.

I am new to QR and tried to log on this am. I've pulled up personal info on many different accounts everytime I click through a paid email that was sent to me. I can't find a "contact us" link. They'd better shut down quick.

I believe they have shut down. I get a you are not authorized to use this website error. I came to see what the problem was. I will have to put the BLOG into my favoites too so that I can read that when I can't get into the site.

Me too! Since the changeover I have not been able to post on the blog but maybe it is becuase of this problem - I am signing in as me but that's not who the website thinks it is :

This is a major problem. Everyone is going to have to change all their security info. They even displayed answers to security questions.

Not good but I am sure they are working on it to correct everything. I still haven't gotten my email code confirmation to even check my account and I just tried to log on now and site is down again 9:50am

Wow!! That was just one among many!!! Very weird. All I saw was his nickname and e-mail address

The site is down now so it is no longer a problem but I was wondering why my account balance kept changing almost by the minute until I read why on the blog!!

Can you still access the site? (I am trying to figure out if the hosting problem is fixed)

Do you still see other members profile? I am trying to duplicate this error, but keep getting our accounts only when logging in.

I will also decline every single cash out request just incase someone wanted to cash out with someone else’s balance. Sorry for all these errors. These never happened during testing

Please update your passwords once the site is back up and running.

OMG so that's what that mess was this morning? Someone else's account? I kept noticing different amounts posted for my "earnings" and seeing the clicks I did last night weren't credited, etc. hmm definetly will have to update the security information and passwords when I get back on.

I can now get into the site & it's my balance & info. I couldn't get in at all this morning...must have been after you took it down for that time.

Mixing of accounts was fixed. Please make sure that you only see your account now. Also please go ahead and change the passwords just incase.
Once again I will decline all the pending cashouts to be safe.

Can some of you please login and confirm if this was fixed. If not I will shut down the site until it is fixed. I did hear from the programmers that this is not an issue anymore, but I want to double check.

My DH logged into his account and started doing the daily clicks but none of the quick points are showing up in his account. Is there a wait period for them now?

As soon as you earn 100 points it converts it into cash. You don't do the conversions yourself like in the old QR. It is automatic.

I can log into my account, but my earnings balance did not carry over to the new website. I started with 0.00 (I did earn 0.03 today)
