Probate for DVC

Both my parents have passed and they only had each other on the title. We are now looking to sell their contracts but understand they will need to be put thru probate in Florida. Does anyone have any good lawyers they have found to take care of this?

I am currently going through this as well, I have been quoted $5,000+ to take care of it from lawyers in Orlando. I feel there should be an easier way. Please let me know if you hear of anything, I will do the same since we are both seeking to take care of our loved ones contracts.

Try Jeffery Sweet. His office does a lot of title transfers and they are less than many of the other options for title transfers. I believe he does probate too. In Ormond Beach, FL.
