My search function is not working right now so I will ask all the universal gods-of-kowledge for their help. :rotfl: (you see, sucking up helps people not to be annoyed over answering something for the billionth time)

Hubby I got a *great* coupon for some tickets and will be going May 31. We will be doing the 2 park-1day ticket and then adding on Express passes. We have not been in 6 yrs so this is a bit new to us. Here are the Q's.

Can we get the Express passes at the front when we purchase the tickets? Or do we have to get them somewhere else?

What rides are included in the Express pass?

Can you go up to any ride at any time for your one ride or do you have scheduled times?

Thanks you much!

You can purchase them when you redeem your coupons. They can also be purchased at multiple stores around the park.

Everything except for PTFlyers.

Yes, you can use it anytime after 10:00 AM. Just remember it is only good one time per ride/show. So if you plan on doing a ride more than once, don't use the express until you need it.

You can buy the express tickets while you are at the park. I am not too sure if you can buy them at the same ticket window as your tickets but there are signs everywhere that say "Express Passes Sold Here".

You can use your one ride anytime there is a special line for those with the pass.

I am not positive about this but the only ride I believe that does not have Express is JP Flyers.

Hope that helps,
Jonny

Do you have to BUY the express pass at Universal? Is there no free "fast pass" like Disney has for all ticket holders?

You get free express if you stay onsite. If you don't stay onsite you can purchase express or not. I've never purchased express. I've either stayed onsite or arrived early or utlized single rider. I've never needed it but do have to say that staying onsite is a wonderful experience as the express is unlimited. There's sticky thread on this page that explains express: http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1353733

There's also a type of express that Premier passholders get as a perk and this month other types of annual passholders get free express on certain rides also.
