probably already asked but....

official occupany is:
all studios: 4
most 1 bdrms: 5
some 1 bdrms: 4

(I think the 1 bdrms that sleep 4 are the value category rooms- but not 100% positive)

You are correct -- the value category 1BRs will not have the sleeper chair.

Did I miss something? What's value category?
The value villas are only in the Lodge building. They are smaller or oddly-shaped rooms, most likely from the conversion of the standard-size AKL rooms which are smaller than the deluxe-size AKL rooms. The value studios are about 50 sq ft smaller, the value 1BRs are about 80 sq ft smaller, and the value 2BR lockoffs are (not surprisingly) about 130 sq ft smaller. Here is the point chart for AKV. The "V" column is for the Value villas, "S" for Standard, "SV" is Savannah View and "C" is Club level/Concierge. http://dvc.disney.go.com/dvc/common/blankPage?id=PointsChartDAKV07Page
