Can you order "extra" if you're on the regular DDP? If I want to order an appetizer, can I pay for it OOP and still have my entree/dessert covered by TS DDP? I'm sure I know the answer to this considering you have to pay for alcoholic drinks and other "extras" OOP, but I didn't know if there was some rule that you couldn't order an appetizer unless the whole meal is OOP or if you're on DxDDP. Thanks!

Yes, Disney is happy to take your money for whatever you'd like to spend it on. You can order whatever you like in a restaurant and pay OOP for those things not included in your dining plan.
