Probably a really stupid question about Windsor Hills...

but I need to ask it anyway! I keep seeing that you need to bring your own laundry detergent, dish soap, etc. to Windsor Hills. Are you expected to have the sheets and towels washed before you go? Does this policy vary by owner? Or will the cleaning crew take care of that after you go? I can't see how it would be possible to do the laundry if we have an early morning flight. Same question about dishes, I guess.

Each homeowner / management company is different....

However, the home we stayed in this was just a request to help the cleaning crew, not a requirement....

Basically, they asked that you start a load (again just a request) and have all the remaining used towels, bedding near the laundry facilities ready for washing. Quick and easy

As Minnie said usually you just strip the beds and gather the towels and put them in the laundry room and start a load if you have the detergent.
You do need to clean out all of your food and garbage. There's usually a binder at the home that has all of this info. It will tell you when garbage is collected. At WH it's every morning. If you're in a townhouse or pool home, there's a bench that opens up outside by your front door. Just put any bags of garbage in that the night before and it will be picked up in the morning. On the morning you leave you just put the garbage in there. I don't know about the condos.

Yes, we brought our own toilet paper, dish detergent, paper towels, tide, trash bags etc...

When we arrived there was a small bottle of dish soap and a couple of trash bags tied together on the counter.

When we left we started a load of dishes in the dishwasher, and left all of our dirty linens by the washing machine.

We stayed last year. We booked through Sunvactions...we brought our own stuff. We had a bench outside that you put the trash in.
We paid a cleaning fee of 75.00 at booking, and did not have to worry about laundry. Only thing was all garbage out, food gone, dishes clean.
