ok - i'm shocked, sad and angry.

i can't believe they killed off Dell.

dammit i liked him and now Betsy has no parents -


Dell was great - he wasn't some dr who was way above everyone else he was real. worked hard and was trying to make a better life for him and his daughter. he didn't come from wealth or have beach houses, he was a great character and i can't believe he died.

i cried - seriously cried at the end

i'm so sad to see that happen

I am so glad I just read this. I have been feeling blah and would have cried cried cried if I would have watched and not known this was going to happen. This softens the blow somewhat.

They killed off Dell? Really? But he was walking after the accident. I thought maybe the baby would have died, because I can't imagine a 15 year old with a baby.

I'm pretty sure it's Rob Lowe who dies...He is leaving the show, and I can't imagine that they would have him and Kitty divorce. I don't know for sure though.

And I cried too, although I told DH I wouldn't be surprised if Maya, the baby and Dell died. So sad for little Betsy. Maybe she will have a good life since all the bad things happened already.

I think Addison will adopt Betsy. She wants a child, that has been her issue all year.

They said an aunt from Portland was coming to get Betsy.

About the messed up people......sometimes when I go to the DR. I wonder who is sleeping with who.

I knew it was going to be Dell.......the actor that plays him said before that he was leaving at the end of the season.

My guess for who dies on Grey's is one the transfers from Mercy West. I read a few months back that 2 of them weren't coming back next season.

I am also pretty sure that it will be Rob Lowe on Brothers and Sisters, they haven't really kept it a secret that isn't coming back next season bc he is in a pilot for a new ABC show.

Was this really a SEASON finale or a SERIES finale? Did PP get picked up for next season? Last nite was the oddest season finale, the way they wrapped everything up nice & tidy. If Addison is going to adopt Betsy, they would have left out the part about the aunt. But, even her story line was tied up. Everyone else, (except Dell,) lives happily ever after. Anyone else notice this?

Yes, this was the most un-well kept "secret" of all time. There was even rumors a while back that he might join the Criminal Minds 2.0 spinoff cast. It was obvious Lowe's been shopping around for a new show.

i never got into brothers and sisters but my mother did- we also watched the presidential show he was on (can't remember the name)

thought it was a HUGE mistake when he left that to do not much until B&S

i like Rob - he's a good actor

Rob was on The West Wing. Great show.

This is the second series he has now left in mid series. He doesn't seem to have a good track record for wanting to stick around long term.

OMG!! Finally just watched! I am SO pissed. Dell was the only sane one in the bunch!! I saw it coming early on in the episode but sooooo hoped I was wrong! I mean, Maya was a much smaller character. Is it wrong to wish it had been her?
