Private Catamaran port adventure Cozumel?

Hi! Has anyone done this port adventure through Disney while on Cozumel? It is renting a private Catamaran for up to 10 people for about $1190. You have to email a special Port Adventure rep to sign up, pay in advance & no refunds. Just curious what the experience was like for folks who have done this through Disney Cruise before as we are considering. Thanks!
