Private car from LAX? Prime Time or Golden West Express

If you were doing a private car from Lax to Tropicana and back any experiences both good and bad with Prime Time Shuttle or Golden West Express. don't need a limo just a towncar would be fine.
I need to set one up for Sept and not sure which one.

We did prime time from LAX to DLH, private car, they were courteous, on-time, the car was clean, and they got us to DLH in 25 minutes both trips (car pool lane the whole way...)

HI. We did a private car from LAX to the Disneyland Hotel for our December 2007 trip. We used Golden West Express. We liked them very much. We got picked up in a Mercedes Benz and we got to the hotel in 35 minutes. We also arranged for a pickup to LAX when we were leaving, the car was waiting for us as we got our bags from the Bell Desk. The cost was $80 each trip.

Longtime lurker, finally signed up! LOL

We used Luken Limousine on our November 07 trip and it was wonderful. Howard Luken was waiting for us inside the terminal, helped with our luggage, and took us very efficiently to our Hotel. Nicest guy! He charged us $100 each way, tip included, no hidden charges, we needed a booster seat and he provided that. He's super quick to email you or call you back, I was very impressed!

It was soo worth the small extra expense compared to a shuttle, and my 8 year old said she felt like a movie star! LOL

I hope that helps, I was sooo nervous about hiring anybody without a recomendation (what it they show up late or worse, not at all?)

oops forgot to say, it wasn't a LIMO, it was a Lincoln towncar, my husband rode in the front with him and I rode in the back with the kids. He also had bottled water for us
