Privacy Matters

I signed up for privacy matters the other night, saved my information with my account # and the savingssmart account #. I logged into my privacy matters account which didn't give me a free credit rreport, it wanted info from CC that have been closed and cut up. So I signed off. I cancelled savingssmart online, very easy.

Last night I received credit and went to cancel but they where closed, so I tried to log in this morning and my account can't be found. I called and they can't find it.

Has anyone else had this problem??
