Privacy curtain All Star Sports?

Hello all,

I tried a search, but found somewhat conflicting answers. Can I please get a "yes" or "no" on whether there are privacy curtains between the vanity area and rest of the room in All Star Sports?

I see that Pop now has these in all rooms, and appears that at least some of the All Stars rooms do. I have created my own curtain at Pop in the past, but if they are already installed at Sports now, that will be one less thing to pack!

There seemed to be some "chatter" that maybe some of the All Stars had gotten the curtains, and I wondered if that may have occurred after the picture you found was taken. However, this thread got quite a number of views and no eye-witness accounts of actual curtains hanging - so looks like I pack my 3M hooks and Neat Sheet!

Ive been to Sports and I can say with certainty that our room had a privacy curtain.

I began to wonder about the privacy curtains at All-Star Sports, and I definitely got conflicting answers by searching on the Internet. I called the Front Desk at Sports, and the Cast Member confirmed that Sports has them now. Being a worrier and since so many people say there are none, I called again the next day. I spoke with Housekeeping, who also confirmed it as yes. I like the curtain because I wake up early to jog, and it is nice to be able to brush your teeth with a light on. Hopefully, someone can add that they have actually "seen" the curtains at Sports.

Thanks very much for the reply, but to add to the conflict... we were there June 1st and our All STar Sports room did NOT have a privacy curtain. That doesn't mean there aren't some there now, as they may have added as soon as we left! We were in Bldg 10.

For us, it was no big deal since I had packed my own supplies for a privacy curtain (2 "Neat sheets" which we were taking for other reasons anyway, safety pins, and 3M removable hooks), and frankly the thickness of ours was much better that the thickness of those I have seen at Pop Century. For the ones at Pop Century, I pinned a Neat Sheet to their existing curtain to block more light.

We were also there from June 3rd-9th, and there was NOT a privacy curtain in our room. We were in building 7. I would not expect there to be one, sorry!

We were in one of the Surfs Up buildings (if you look at the map we were directly across from the food court) and we did NOT have a curtain - granted that was in late April so it might have changed since then.

Interestingly when we were in Calypso (Music's 'preferred' section - Surfs Up is Sports preferred buildings) it did have a privacy curtain in our room.

I know that only certain areas in AS Music have a curtain, but not the whole resort. Maybe Sports is the same way, hence the inconsistency with the answers.

It would be nice if ALL of the rooms could have a privacy curtain. I'm pretty sure that all of Pop's rooms had the privacy curtain installed when its rehab was done. I *think* all of Movies may have curtains, too. Please correct me if I'm wrong about Movies.

Yes they added the curtains at ASMo during the 2011 refurb.
