Priority Seating

Hello everyone. My husband and I just planned a last-minute trip to Disney for August. I've not been there before so this is all very new for me. I understand that there is priority seating for the restuarants? Will we still be able to get into any without this? Or should we still try to get the PS?

if it is a popular restaurant or one you all are really wanting to try, then i would definitely call. however, having said that, i would much rather have the pS and not need it than need it and can't get it. you might be able to walk right up and be seated fairly quickly, but most likely you will have to wait. happy dining!

Welcome to the Dis!!! We always get a PS for the restaurants we know we want to experience. I agree that it is better to have a PS and have to cancel it than to want to be shut out of a restaurant. That said, there have been many times we decided on the spur of the moment to eat somewhere and called a few hours ahead for a PS. We have always gotten in. The exceptions would be Cinderella's Royal Table and Chef Mickey's. Just call WDW-DINE. Good luck.
