We are going to WDW in May with my aunt, 3 of her kids and one of her grandkids. Plus - myself, DH and 3 kids.

I made some ps's for a few days for 8 of us (2 of her kids are "too cool" to go to character meals).

My question is - what if my aunt, her dd and grandson decide not to go -can we still go? or will they turn us away? They did tell me on the phone that since there are 8 of us the tip will be included in the bill so if there are only 5 of us will that screw them up?

TIA

no they will not turn you away...just show up and let them know the new number...

so if I reserve Trails End for 12 ppl Im assuming I'll need to give my credit card?
will I be charged if they all dont show up?

Just be sure to double check your bill. We had PS at 1900 Park Fare for breakfast and ended up with one less person. After we left I discovered that we had been charged for the orginal 12 instead of 11 people. I'm not blaming the server. We had people who kept leaving the table to look at the buffet, go to the restroom, etc.
