How long does it take to get through to a cm for ps? I am calling right now and pressed option 4 like it said to and now it is just ringing and ringing, literally 2 minutes so far. Is this normal?

Hang up and try again, I normally get thru right away. If not then I am automatically put on hold. It sounds like maybe your call didn't work right.

I second that - you should hang up and try again. I usually get passed to hold at first, but it does not keep on ringing. Usually get to a CM fairly quickly....

Not normal.

But I wonder if they are doing something with their phones. Last week I was trying to contact a chef at DLR, and when Disney Dining put me through to his phone it rang well over 20 times (I'm persistent, LOL), and when I called directly it did the same thing. After a call to another chef, whose number is now something else in the land of Disney, the guy who answered put me through to the main swtichboard and THEY were finally able to put me through without the ringing and ringing.

I just thought it was interesting that I had the never-answering thing last week...

they obviously are having some sort of phone problems because I did call back and the same exact thing happen 2 more times so I hung up again and on the 4th time I finally got through. That was very frustrating but I got all the PS that we wanted! We will be celebrating our daughters 14th birthday on the 20th so I made PS for Carnation Cafe for lunch, Blue Bayou for dessert and Storytellers for dinner, I know she will be thrilled.
