Priority seating - good time to call?

I've been trying to call to get priority seating for our trip for 3 days now and the line is always busy. I've called at least 50 times throughout the days! Am I doing something wrong? Any suggestions on a certain day or time to call? Last year I managed to call and get CRT, and now I can't even get through! Thanks!

Just got off the phone with them 15 mins ago - I got the usual spiel about extremely high call volume etc, but I was only kept waiting about 90 secs before speaking to an extremely helpful CM.

Keep Trying...and don't be put off at the beginning when it says they are busy.

I called around 1:20 pm today and got through---but was on hold for three minutes, not too bad.

Thanks - I just got through no problem! Something must have been weird with the phone lines because I was immediately getting a busy signal all the other times. Anyway, I got everything I wanted so I'm happy! Thanks again!
